We ship via UPS Freight.
Furniture ships directly from the Amish wood shop where it is manufactured.
Items are professionally wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Furniture shipments are curbside deliveries.
You will be notified of in advance of your drop off day and given a time frame for delivery.
You will need to be present to inspect and sign for your furniture.
You will also need to make arrangements to get the item from the curb into your home.
Items are fully insured.
Shipping and Handling rates are non-negotiable.
Custom furniture is not returnable. All sales are final.
Buyer must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for furniture items.

Our warehouse personnel is highly-skilled and will wrap your goods according to our precise and accurate specifications. Your goods are thoroughly checked and properly secured before shipping. There are distribution centers as well as warehouses in Europe and in the USA.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a separate processing period for each item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic, and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of multiple different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. Be aware that your order may run out of stocks once you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
